Today, we recognize Yom HaShoah, Holocaust Remembrance Day - the day dedicated to commemorate the 6 million Jews who perished during the Holocaust. Their memory is our memory, and we must never forget.
Did you miss last Friday's CHHANGE Yom HaShoah event? The program featured child survivor Rabbi Joseph Polak as well as a poetry reading, a performance by Marlboro High School choir, and a candle lighting with Holocaust survivors with Naval Weapons Station Earle Escorts. See all the highlights and photos here.
If you missed this, be sure to attend another Yom HaShaoh commemoration happening today or this week in our area. See a full listing of events here.
