Bias incidents against the Jewish community have increased since the start of the COVID-19 pandemic. Multiple government agencies are partnering with Jewish Federations of New Jersey and the Anti-Defamation League to deliver state-wide virtual program, Bias Incident Awareness for the Jewish Community, Wednesday, May 20, from 12:30pm-1:45pm. The program was developed from an idea that came from Jewish Federation in the Heart of NJ's Security Initiatives Director. It will focus on identifying bias incidents on a local level, as well as the impact that has resulted from the current COVID-19 situation.
