Just in time for our own Festival of Freedom (Pesach), on Tuesday, April 16th at 7:30 PM at Neve Shalom, Metuchen-Edison and Colonia Hadassah are bringing Don Olivaria, a civil rights activist from Elizabeth, NJ to present "Standing Together Against Hate: Lessons Learned from the Civil Rights Movement." Mr. Olivaria brings film footage and artifacts from the Selma March in 1965 when he was a teenager and spent quality time in the company of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.
