This program is being offered In-person at the JCC and via Zoom. Film Historians and the Curators of FilmShul, Irv Slifkin and Laurence Lerman, will examine the life and career of the grand storyteller, Steven Spielberg, with a particular focus on his upbringing as an Orthodox Jew and his later Jewish re-awakening, which yielded such vital works as Schindler’s List and Munich. His interests have also inspired the creation of the Shoah Foundation and the Righteous Persons Foundation, which make Jewish history and tradition more accessible to all .
Registration Fee: $8/JCC Member; $11/Guest. TO REGISTER: Go to jccmc.org and click the “register” box or call the JCC Front Desk at 732-494-3232 to register for In-Person or Zoom attendance. If you plan to attend via Zoom, once registration is completed, you will receive a Zoom invitation prior to the program. Registration closes at 12pm on December 7th. Registration fees are per person, not per household. Sorry, no refunds.
