GEORGE WASHINGTON TALKS ABOUT
“LADIES OF THE REVOLUTION”
Reenactor: Samuel Davis as
George Washington

Washington always said that the Ladies of the
Revolution were the backbone and the true
champions of America. He will discuss ladies that you
may never have heard of that made a huge difference.
One of the women dressed up as a man. Her true
identity was later discovered and her true patriotism
was clear. Another woman named Molly Pitcher was a
champion at the Battle of Monmouth. At the end of his
presentation, Washington will be talking about the true
hero of the revolution, his wife, Martha Washington.
Samuel Davis has had a lifelong love for the American
Revolution and America herself. He has been a
Freemason for 35 years and is a member of the Sons
of the American Revolution as well. It is with great
pride that he brings George Washington to life!
