In 1938 at the age of 21 Myron Sugarman went into the family business, coin operated amusements. For nearly 60 years, from 1959 to the present day, Myron’s career took him across the globe from Europe to Africa to South America to Asia; rubbing shoulders with dangerous men and legendary mob figures like Meyer Lansky along the way. Myron’s story covers everything from his dealings with the fearsome Cali Cartel to his attempt to help Nazi hunter Simon Wiesenthal track down the Angel of Death, Josef Mengele in Paraguay. Myron will share intriguing details of the Jewish Mob’s impact on the American Nazi Party in the 1930s and the Mob’s role in supplying money and weapons to the underground armies during Israel’s fight for independence.
