Hear the story of Molly Picon, a Yiddish theater icon, during a presentation by Professor Debra Caplan at Monmouth Reform Temple (MRT), Tinton Falls. Called "The Jewish Helen Haynes", Picon had a fascinating career from her start in vaudeville to a flourishing star in Yiddish theater and then on to Broadway stardom. Professor Caplan is Assistant Professor of Theater at Baruch College in NYC, specializing in world theater.
