Holocaust survivor Lois Flamholz, a Monroe resident, will be in Old Bridge at Congregation Beth Ohr's Kristallnacht program on Friday evening, November 8. The program will be part of the Friday evening service, which starts at 7:30 PM.
Ms. Flamholz will relate her experiences from the time the Nazis occupied her little town in Czechoslovakia until her liberationd from Bergen-Belsen by British troops. She will also describe her encounter with Dr. Josef Mengele, the notorious Angel of Death.
