Please join East Brunswick USY ("EBUSY") at 511 Ryders Lane, East Brunswick, NJ, on December 16th, from 3:00 to 5:00 pm for a Building Blocks Workshop where over 70,000 legos will be used to make a scale model of Jerusalem that will be 20 by 32 feet! This amazing and exciting program will be for Kadimaniks (grades 6 - 8) and USYers (grades 9-12). This event is open to all of Hagalil and we are hoping for an amazing turn out of USYers and Kadimaniks. All proceeds from this event go to Tikkun Olam, USY’s “repairing the world” fund. The money raised for the Tikkun Olam fund partially goes to USY for scholarships so teens can enjoy USY/Kadima events. The rest of the money is allocated out to Jewish and Israeli organizations that help the hungry, the poor, and the uneducated, to promote Holocaust awareness, to support IDF troops, to raise awareness and support for Israel, and so much more. It takes a lot of kids to help build Jerusalem and we would love to have you be a part of this event!
