COOKING DEMO & TASTING
WITH JESSE REITNER

Jesse Reitner is a local Food Maven with a lifetime of experience in the food
industry, most recently as the former owner of Lox, Stock and Deli in East
Brunswick.
Jesse will explain the differences in a variety of olive oils, their tastes and uses.
We’ll use this opportunity to taste the differences as well. Jesse will go on to
prepare a menu consisting of Cape May salad, panko chicken cutlet, rice medley,
oven roasted vegetables en croute and a surprise dessert.
