Jews have made contributions to culture and civilization well beyond their numbers. This talk will describe the backgrounds of Jews who are famous, as well as people who are not known to be Jews and Jews who are well-known but their Jewish identity may not be so well-known. They often succeeded in spite of great obstacles placed against them in their paths to success.
David Kristol received his PhD from New York University He is currently Emeritus Professor at New Jersey Institute of Technology. Proessor Kristol has always been fascinated by the myriad of accomplishments of Jews and his excitement led to many years of research.
