Health is not one-dimensional. There are 5 elements of health comprised of Physical, Nutritional, Emotional Environmental and Spiritual. Each element is important and none an island as all elements are intertwined to create the whole person and picture of health.
There is so much information available today through various news mediums regarding health….what to do, not to do, eat this, eat that, exercise this way or that way. It is overwhelming and one size does not fit all. We are all unique with individual needs. Through a discussion of the 5 elements and the topic of internal inflammation, the basis of most modern day dis-ease, learn how lifestyle choices from the power of nutrition and thought can affect your well-being and healthy longevity.
Having a passion for the power of nutrition and holistic health due to a personal health issue, Pat Stanley pursued a career in health education and coaching to share knowledge and empower others to advocate for their own health as she did hers. She graduated from the Natural Kitchen Cooking School of Princeton, NJ in 2009 as a certified vegan chef and from the National Institute of Whole Health of Wellesley, MA in 2013 with a certification in Whole Health Education and Counseling.
