The Jewish Heritage Museum is pleased to offer a series of early Wednesday evening cultural and historical programs.Three of the presentations will take an in-depth look at how the story of the ship Exodus-1947 has been portrayed in both documentary and commercial film. The first of this series on July 15 will be Arthur Finkle's slide show on Roosevelt NJ resident Reverend John S. Grauel the Methodist Zionist who served on the Exodus during its ill-fated attempt to bring Jewish Holocaust survivors to Palestine and who subsequently pleaded their cause before the United Nations. The second and third programs on July 22 and July 29 feature Sally Bauer Cohen who teaches film at Rutgers University.
