Film Screening
The Jewish Film & Lunch series hosted by Jewish Family & Children’s Service of Greater Monmouth County will screen Remember at 11AM at Freehold Jewish Center, 59 Broad St, Freehold. “Christopher Plummer is Zev, struggling with memory loss, and Martin Landau plays Max, two friends living in a retirement home. Max realizes they were both at Auschwitz. He is the brains and Zev is the brawn, so to speak, of a plan Max has hatched to seek vengeance on a concentration camp official who escaped to the United States under a false identity.” The cost, which includes a kosher lunch following the movie, is $10.
