Our new Bereavement Support Group will continue twice a month during December and January. The focus of the group will be to discover personal models for navigating through the challenges of loss. Each week will facilitate discussion and sharing on different topics. The topics are:
Waves of grief
Caring for the Self
Grief during the holidays
Spirituality and Grief
These sessions will be mostly group driven, with the facilitator helping to guide the group in a process of sharing so as to help each other during one’s difficult time. There is no fee for this group and no need to “go it alone”.
