Gerald M. Pomper is Board of Governors Professor of Political Science at the Eagleton Institute of Politics of Rutgers University (Emertus). A specialist in American elections and Politics, he is the author or editor of twenty-one books, including Passions and Interests, Elections in America, Voters' Choice and Negative Campaigning. His analyses of recent elections, 2004 to 2016, are included in other edited books.
