During the month of November, our children hear a lot about being thankful, but what does that mean in the Jewish sense and how do you even begin to explain “gratitude” to a preschooler? Through a story of course! On Sunday, November 15th, Monmouth Reform Temple invites adults with toddler aged children, to Bagels & Blocks where we will read the PJ Library book BAGELS FROM BENNY by Aubrey Davis. We’ll reinforce the ideas from the story in our easy and age-appropriate craft, along with plenty of singing, free play, and bagels of course! Our program begins at 9:30 am at our synagogue located at 332 Hance Avenue in Tinton Falls. Bagels & Blocks is a free program, open to all in the community.
